About the Display Box :
There are two different kinds of material can use in the display box according our dusters :
One is Single Wall Corrugated Fibreboard Boxes, another one is Double Wall Corrugated Fibreboard Boxes .
WHAT IS THE CORRUGATED?
Corrugated fiberboard or "combined board" has two main components: the liner
and the medium . Both are made of a special kind of heavy paper called containerboard .
Linerboard is the flat facing that adheres to the medium. The medium is the wavy, fluted paper in between the liners.
COMMON BOARD STYLES
A:Single Face: One medium is glued to one flat sheet of linerboard.
B: Single Wall: The medium is between two sheets of linerboard.Also known as Double Face.
C: Double Wall: Threesheets of linerboard with two mediums in between.
D:Triple Wall: Four sheets of linerboard with three mediums in between.
The picture of duster packing you send me before is use the single wall , it is easy to broken , because it is not so stronger .
The price i quote you is use the Double Wall .
Usually Singlewall display box is use for short andlight weight products , our products is 24pcs in a display , and need a long time shipping also need crush in the container, so Double wall displaybox will be better .
Another points is the picture you sendme is without the lid cover the display ,and the design is according to the display , color is blue same as the display.Please check my idea itok for you .
The duster packing i quote is allsame as your requirements :1pc/artwork ,1 set /Polybag , 24pcs/Double walldisplay box.

PS:
A:The carton size in the quotation isin bulkpacking size , it is mean that when we put the products in the carton , the headand handle is Separate .
If your packing requirements iswhole packing , then the mop carton size is about:95X28X31CM.
B:Usuallyabout the mop refill, customer will requirements a washing label , if you need ,we can do it by free .The below is our customer samples wash label for youreference .
